Ok, good to hear. Sorry to hear Hans couldn't get it started. Luckily, you have someone closely to help get it going so you can get a good feel for it on a long drive. I get up to Syracuse for work often, so I know the drive could be tedious with a bad back and a car on a trailer. Good luck with it I'm hoping sometime soon to pick up a good 911 project car. It would be my first.
Yes - I bought it - was going to drive down (6.5 hrs!), pick up with a trailer Monday but Hans called and said it won't start. With my back issues I just don't have the strength to winch onto trailer- so I'm having my buddy Pete Panos (who runs a 928 shop on LI) pick it up, get the car running and go through it, likely I'll fly in after he's done and drive it home..Thanks for your help - it does seem like a solid start to a great car!
