It's quite a project to replace those cables, but, like I said in previous posts, you do NOT have to remove the entire top from the car by cutting out the urethane-bonded roof frame like Porsche tells you to. You simply have to unbolt and pry the extruded aluminum channel away from that side of the car and carefully coil the new cable and feed it in slowly without causing any sharp bends in the cable. Definitely a two person job.

I'm considering the Continental head unit you posted but I wanted to know if the song information shows up on the display screen when streaming music via Bluetooth.
