    Chip,

    I ordered that car in Heilbronn, Germany, from Autohaus Mauk in January 1977. I took delivery in March 1977, at Zuffenhausen. If you go to Google Earth and go to Zuffenhausen and look inside the courtyard of Werk I (the original plant) you will see it brand new on delivery day!
