    Hi Ander,

    There are two manual valves inside the pump assembly that you can turn to RELEASE the pressure so in case your car is up all the way and you have a power outage, you can still use those valves to lower the car manually.

    Sounds like in your case those valves are activated so pressure cannot be built?
