I would like to introduce myself - currently I'm Porsche Club Geneve and Lithuanian Porsche Club member owning a 1988 Porsche Turbo. I'm professional diplomat currently posted in Geneva, Switzerland with a long standing interest of Porsche history and cars.
I have carefully read your post about your 964 Dutch Police car. Currently I'm contemplating to aquire one which is 1990 964 targa which COA indicates that this is a numbers matching car with Police equipment as an option. It doesn't have any Police equipment you've mentioned, except rhd door, sun shades and it has been repainted. I would be very interested to hear your opinion about the possibility to restore such a car to original specifications.
