    Hello Nicolas, yes that's exactly where that photo was taken. I lived right in the Navy Yard in the Parris Landing complex for years, and now live just outside the Navy Yard near the USS Constitution in the Nautica condo complex on Chelsea St. Still have the same blue 928s4, driving it today in fact. Do you know the area well or live in the Navy Yard area?
