Hi @bathas - I didn't end up getting them.. altho' if you have an ST2 you can determine them empirically using a technique Jim Corenman developed involving changing the 1 to 2-pulse rpm threshold and calibrating the opening time to a known AFR.

Hello,I was searching some old posts and found you had searched for injector opening time, pulse width, voltage correction of 0280155746 injectors.Do you remember any of these values?
    Thank you.

Hi Richard, I'm afraid the x-pipe I took off my 87 went last month to a local 928er at the regular monthly 2nd Tuesday gathering here in Sydney.

    Hi Hilton

I've just read a post from you about best upgrades in which you said you removed your x pipe.... if you've still got it would you be prepared to sell it and ship it across the ditch to Auckland?

    Cheers

    Richard

Glad it helped - 20 years sitting is pretty huge. Post pics in a thread about the car

Hello Hilton, just wanted to give you a huge thanks for your past posting of a "wake up procedure" for a 928 that's been sitting for a long time. I followed it closely for a 928 that's been sitting for 20 years. It started the first time and after initial smoke seems to run perfectly. Very quiet and smooth. Your post was a critical help and it should be a sticky if it's not already. Thanks again, Mike

Hi Carl, I just sent you a Private Message with matt's details - rather than posting them here where they're google-searchable. Alternatively, join the aus landshark yahoo group (plenty of kiwis on it too):

    Hi,

You mentioned you had the contact detailes for Matt Nicholson here in Sydney; he has a couple of S3 heads in good condition including cam caps, valves/springs etc.

I am keen to contact him to see?

    Thanks

    Carl

LH is short for Bosch LH-Jetronic, the fuel ECU used in 928's. It could be a reason for a no-start, especially if its original (the original one in my 89 recently failed). However, a rebuild is expensive, so first I'd check the basics like do you have spark, fuel pressure etc.

From memory, there's a test-plan in the workshop manual somewhere for no-start which works you through all the culprits.
