Hello!

My name is Abbe Dikmen from Stockholm Sweden. have just read the records of the cracking headlights of the 991. I have a 991 4S Cabrio, with very low milage and only in traffic between April-October. The car is manufactured late 2013 as 2014 model year.

I have been fighting with Porsche Sweden since one month, when I realize the crackings on both headlights. The glass is cracking in the frame. They, are not willing to take this as a goodwill, very poor of a premium brand like Porsche.

Do you have more useful information to share, I can have us of in my battle with Porsche Sweden?

Have you got any explanation why this occurs is it a product failure?

Hi Eric,

You around this weekend. Maybe a short spin if the weather is good.

I took a ride up to Gerlach and had fun going 120 a good part of the way up and back. I had planned on some pictures but lost the good light in the afternoon.
