Who manufactures the carbon fiber door sills? Thanks, Mike

I re-used my original airbag. Both steering wheels actuate the horn via the airbag cover. My original wheel was beige and I bought a black wheel. Now the steering wheel rim is black and the center is the original beige color. Hope this helps.

Just found your post. Did you have to change the airbag and buy a new steering module to make the horn work? Thanks in advance, Mike

On my Manual Transmission 2006 997.1 the horn press is also the airbag. So the swap was completely plug and play. My Porsche tech explained that this is not the case with auto transmission cars. Is yours a Manual transmission car? I'll send a picture of which steering wheel I installed tomorrow (Saturday).

Next question, does the horn work? Others say you need another module for the horn to work since the new air bag is the horn press and the old bag is not, the surround was the horn press.

Hi, just saw your post today. My question is did you also have to purchase a new round air bag for the 997.2 steering, or did you use the old 997.1 round air bag? Thanks, mrhebert
