    Hey Ron -
I saw your post out on PP where you mentioned getting some bulk length of silicone tubing and then cutting it down to size.
Do you recall where you got it from?

Ron drove out and looked at these 2 '79 5 spd cars on Friday morning, with a friend from work who is possibly interested in getting into the 928 fray. It was a wet cold morning we brought jumper cables with us, because both cars have been sitting outside several months. Previous owner is deceased and widow wants to sell. The white car is actually nicer that I was expecting, started right up Paint looks pretty good Interior was about a 7 out of 10 -black seats where good, rear panels and door panels nice, the only real fault was a black dash cover that I would replace with re covered dash. I thinks this car could be bought for $3800 -4k and would clean up nicely.
The other car , the one with the tree damage was the one I was really interested in because I have a fender and a roof[sunroof] available for almost free. could be had cheap -$750 and is fixible I think both of these cars are worth saving, for the money. Spread the word around!

hi Ron -how's it going? - Do you still have Harvey's old '84 parts car? - is roof a sun-roof delete? - I looking for a roof and possibly doors if they are still avail. Found a '79 5 spd car that runs but tree fell on roof. BTW how is your coming?

no at all -I have bought other Porsches in the past to restore, never a 928, but I really like the OB's especially the Pasha interior ones. It's just a lot of work

Hi. New to the 928..saved a 1978 5-sp from the wrecking ball (or perhaps it has saved me from insanity, or perhaps it will drive me to it!)
