2013 991.1 Part Out (Mods)
For Sale2013 Porsche 911
Description:
I am returning my 2013 991.1 base 911 to stock as I prepare to list it for sale soon to make room for my next car. Car is located near Charlotte, NC. The car was everything I wanted it to be and more, especially after completing all the mods below. Some mods are not pictured, or not photographed very well due to access (exhaust/spacers). Everything is priced to sell. Anything that doesn't sell or fetch a good enough offer to be worth the effort to uninstall, will just stay on the car for the next owner. Forgive any formatting issues.
If anyone is interested in the car as-is please private message me to discuss. Car has 90k miles and no known issues, been well maintained, and has only minor signs of wear and tear.
It wouldn't let me add any more so just throwing one more here:
Cup holder - $25
https://flat6motorsports.com/product...cup-holder-991
This one has a small crack at the bottom that I forget is there, but does give it more flex to allow larger cups. I sip water constantly so this was honestly one of my best mods I did to my car from a daily enjoyment point of view. I can't recall if I still have the OEM somewhere, so I will have to locate that first before parting with this one.
My goal is to get the car listed for sale next week, so act fast if you are interested in any of these parts.

Valvetronic Exhaust Valve control kit - (originally $300) | Accessories | $150 | https://valvetronic.com/products/vacuum-valve-replacement-harness They supply a button switch (pictured sitting on top of the control) which gives you the same functionality of the PSE as the OEM button would. I rarely used it, but it works. I will be honest, I had this one professionally installed, if someone does not buy the Soul headers/PSE, I likely will not go through the effort to uninstall just this. Ideally, someone buys these first three items as a set. |

Replica HRE FF04 wheels and PS4S tire set WITH spares | Wheels and Tires/Axles | $2000 | https://www.fitmentindustries.com/buy-wheel-offset/04L009520043LM/hre-flowform-ff04-20x95-20?gc_id=533011409&h_ga_id=1363397062784190&h_ad_id=&h_keyword_id=pla-4588811787606268&h_keyword=&h_placement=&msclkid=fc0259bbdb3615364937304 1c81d417b See link for reference. These were custom manufactured replicas that have 12k miles on them (my entire ownership) and have seen 1 track day, mountain runs, etc.. and performed flawlessly. The sizes are 2 wheels at 20x9 ET 51 and 2 wheels at 20x11 ET 68, 5x130, center fits OEM cap (included). These come equipped with PS4S tires. I put the front tires on less than 1k miles ago (not driven hard) and held off on putting the rears purchased at the same time since I still had life left in my rears. Those are included in the price, unless someone wants to make an offer for just the spares. The driver rear wheel has a paint chip and the passenger rear wheel has curb rash (both pictured). I was going to refinish and powder coat these wheels a new color before recently deciding to try a new experience. |

WAYB Pico Car Seat (originally $500) | Accessories | $200 | https://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/wayb-pico-car-seat/?catalogId=10&sku=4239590&cm_ven=PLA&cm_cat=MSN&cm_pla=Baby%20Gear%20%3E %20Car%20Seats%20%26%20Adapters&adlclid=1323aba79a9a1ea3a771c25d83ed684f &cm_ite=4239590_458260887_pla-4577473072631979&msclkid=1323aba79a9a1ea3a771c25d83ed684f I can re-use these on the next car, but they were really purchased for the 911 and its cramped rear seats. I tried 3 other brands and this is the one you want. My 3 year old used it, but he spent maybe 3-4 total hours, if that, in this car in the <1 year that I have had this car seat. I didn't closely inspect it, but I didn't notice any signs of use. He does not eat in my car. |

991.2 GT3 Replica Wing | Exterior Body Parts | $200 | This fetched me a lot of compliments. I bought it from a different forum member a couple years ago for a lot more than this, in its unfinished form, and it arrived cracked. I had it professionally repaired and painted gloss black, then had it professionally wrapped to match the wrap I have on the body. I will be more honest than the guy who sold it to me: if you are a person who cares about the details, this is NOT the wing for you. It fits, and from a distance it looks good, but it has a lot of negatives: 1) The panel gaps bother me 2) The original middle part that currently has 3.4 (decal) on it literally fell off shortly after driving it away from the shop that installed it (I think). By the time I noticed, it was long gone and I could not find a replacement. So I custom made a replacement and I slapped a 3.4 decal on it, since that's the engine this car has and I never liked that it said an engine size I didn't have to begin with. 3) Third brake light does not work. This causes a warning when you turn on the car, but after clearing that it didn't both me as much as the other issues listed. 4) While it fits the car, it doesn't close firm, you can shake it while shut and get like a quarter inch of play or so. This could have been an install issue, but given all the other issues I never bothered to get it looked at any further. All those negatives said, I still love the look of this wing and if I wasn't planning on selling I would have bought a higher quality example instead of this presumably Alibaba made one. However, I list it cheap with all the negatives noted in case you also want to toy with the idea of fitting a more expensive version (I was eyeing Darwin Pro), you can pick this up for cheap and try it out. Maybe you can get a better fitment than I got. |

Soul Performance Long Tube Street Headers - (originally $4,855) | Engine - Exhaust | $2500 | https://soulpp.com/product/porsche-991-1-carrera-long-tube-street-headers/ These have about 8k miles on them and really transform the sound, especially when paired with PSE (see next). I have catted 90 degree 02 spacers equipped on them which may I will include with the sale and ensure no CEL comes on. |
|
Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE) with black exhaust tip | Engine - Exhaust | $700 | I bought these used from a different forum member, I can't recall the original miles on them, but I had the tips powder coated black and they show no visible signs of wear. The valves do work, but I use the Valvetronic switch (see next) to control them. Unless it is early morning or late at night in my neighborhood, they are left open 99% of the time and I feel this paired with the Soul Headers above create the best formula for sound on this car. Not overly aggressive, but the flat 6 shines under throttle. |
|
Rennline Wheel Spacers 5mm and 18mm | Accessories | $50 | Can include with wheel purchase above, but I will be honest, the 18mm were a bit too pokey for me with the 305's currently installed. The 285's I purchased (not installed) would get me the stance I was looking for. Overall, these gave me no issues and have been on my set up my entire ownership (12k miles). Apologies, but I did not spend the time to remove the wheels to photo them. |
|
iCarsoft POR V2.0 Diagnostic Tool | Accessories | $100 | A must have, especially for anyone who likes to work on the car themselves. |
|
Front Sport Spoiler Lip | Exterior Body Parts | $150 | https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/SKU991SSL.html No visible signs of wear. Big visual upgrade over the OEM, but if you are interested in the OEM instead (pictured on floor next to the equipped Sport Lip, has no obvious signs of wear), make me an offer. |
|
Carbon Fiber Shift Knob | Accessories | $100 | Real carbon fiber. I can't find or remember where I got this from, otherwise I'd link them here. I wrapped all the chrome bits in my interior with carbon fiber wrap, so this completed the look for me and gave a cooler feel to the touch than OEM. I also have the OEM available, make an offer if desired. |
