I’ll never take any buyer seriously that talks price without even seeing the car. This car is likely worth every single dollar it is being offered at. The seller obviously cares for and maintained the car, it’s a super rare color, miles are crazy low, and it’s a frickin manual. STFU with low-ball offers, write this seller a check, and be happy you got a rare spec from a great owner, because that combo does not come along often and when it does you better jump on it while you can because it ain’t gonna last!

I am also watching the car in Wichita, very close match (±4k less in miles than Ginger). I did not see note of a PPF application, which Ginger has (not a cheap option). Please correct me if I am wrong on that. Also this car is at a dealership in Kansas. No idea where / how kept from the elements, important for a convertible. Ginger has ALWAY been covered and kept in my garage, and she looks it inside and out.
The one on auto trader is not the same (as I am sure you are well aware) - 2018 GTS w ± 28k MORE miles then Ginger.
One other point to mention - I have ALL materials from Porsche when I took NEW delivery of her. These are important to some / most Porsche owners. Not sure if the other referenced examples are providing the same legecy materials .
Market value is always a challenge and a moving target most of the time. I used the best info I could gather to set my initial pricing. Is it right? Will see, but based the points we are exchanging I can't see / find a good or valid reason to lower my price by 10K at this time.
Appreciate ALL the comments and insights being shared, keep coming!
