Description:

The Build

Up for sale is my 2022 Shark Blue Spyder. This car was spec'd with a heavy emphasis on the interior and performance. In addition to the "Big Three" (Manual/PCCB/Buckets), it features a heavily leather-wrapped interior with Shark Blue deviated stitching throughout.

Major Factory Options (MSRP $132,130):
  • Shark Blue Paint
  • Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB)
  • Full Bucket Seats
  • Leather/Race-Tex Interior in Black w/ Deviated Stitching
  • Extended Deviated Stitching Interior Package (Stitching on dash, doors, center console, and more in Shark Blue)
  • LED Headlights incl. PDLS+
  • Wheels Painted in Satin Aurum
  • Seat Belts in Shark Blue
  • Supplemental Safety Bars in Exterior Color

The Upgrades ($15k+ Invested)

  • Musicar Stage 3 Audio: The active system. It is a night-and-day difference over the factory Bose.
  • Full Body PPF: Complete coverage since new.
  • Ceramic Coating: Entire car and wheels coated for easy maintenance.

Condition & Maintenance

The car is mechanically perfect and has been flawlessly reliable. The Carfax report is attached to this post. It's missing the oil changes from 2024 & 2025 - I guess the indy shop doesn't report them. I'll find and post them as well.
  • Service: Fresh oil and brake fluid (Mid-2025).
  • Cosmetics: Excellent condition overall. There is a small cosmetic blemish around the rear license plate frame—I have included a close-up photo for transparency. There's also a scrape that doesn't look like it made through the PPF around the rear passenger wheel arch.
  • Warranty: Bumper-to-bumper factory coverage is active through June 2026.
I am located in Lafayette, CA (East Bay). I am happy to facilitate a PPI at a nearby location. Here's an image gallery with high-res photos!

The perfect spec for a Spyder. Had a 2022 in Python Green with buckets, PCCB’s and a manual transmission and should have never sold that car.

Some questions for the seller?

1. Is there also damage around the rear wheel arch?
2. What are the date codes on the tires? Are these the OEM’s from 2022 with 8k miles?
3. Do you have a DME report?
4. Safe to assume the car has a clean CarFax?
5. Do you have any photos of the undercarriage and under the rear diffuser and front splitter?

Great questions!

1. Is there also damage around the rear wheel arch?
Yes - I took the photo but forgot to mention it in the listing. Will update! This one doesn't look like it went through the PPF though. I've been too scared to do anything and risk something showing up on a Carfax report!

2. What are the date codes on the tires? Are these the OEM’s from 2022 with 8k miles?
They are the OEM tires, date code is 0622.

3. Do you have a DME report?
I do not - do I just get that from a dealer?

4. Safe to assume the car has a clean CarFax?
It is, although it doesn't have the last 2 oil changes from my indy mechanic. I'll include it here.

5. Do you have any photos of the undercarriage and under the rear diffuser and front splitter?
Not yet - I'll try and get some this week!

Default Still For Sale?

Hey Man! We chatted a few weeks ago about your 718 and you shared the google drive of pics. Beautiful build, is it still for sale? Is it the same car that’s listed on Marshall Goldman Bev Hills? I’m still trying to decide between a manual spyder and RS. Yours keeps popping up and makes me think I should take a harder look! Let me know if still available, thank you Blake.

It is the car at MG, although I have no idea how it got there. I sold it to RP Exotics in St Louis, so I guess they were a middleman of sorts.

The manual is a lot of fun. I've never driven an RS but I'm not going to lie that additional power would be sweet! Tough decisions!
