I have a 2016 Cayman GT4 that might be a great fit for your friend.
I am the 3rd owner, located locally in the Bay Area. The car is completely stock with zero modifications, and I own it outright (title in hand). It just came back from Peninsula PPF today after getting professionally prepped for sale, so it will be exceptionally clean and ready to go.

I've got a 981 gt4 in Rhodium Silver with sharkwerks gears, lightweight flywheel and clutch, intake plenum and tune. Clean dme and Title, paid for with about 20k miles. Fresh PPF added in January as well.
