Description:

Selling my 1996 Porsche 911 Carrera. I've put over $50,000 into it over the last four years to make it a solid and reliable car for regular use. Asking $66k on stock wheels (Cup II) or $70k with 2 sets of wheels (Cup II + BBS RS in the pictures).

Year: 1996
Make: Porsche
Model: 911 Carrera (993)
Transmission: Tiptronic Automatic
Exterior Color: Polar Silver
Interior Color: Black
Mileage: 134379

A Classic Porsche You Can Actually Drive:
The idea was to have a classic 993 that's dependable for daily driving, not just a weekend car. The Tiptronic automatic makes it easy to drive in traffic or on longer trips, but it's still a Porsche and fun on open roads.

Significant Recent Work (Over $50,000 - I have receipts):
This 911 has had a lot of mechanical and cosmetic work done to take care of common 993 issues and ensure it runs well. I can give you a full list if you're seriously interested, but here are the main things:
- Rebuilt steering rack
- All new suspension: MCS 2-way coilovers, full Tarett Street & DE Kit, rear inner and outer CV boots replaced
- Engine refresh: rear chain covers resealed, full engine wiring harness replaced, AC and alternator belts, engine fan replaced, ignition coil pack replaced, distributor caps and rotors replaced, spark plugs, fuel filter
- Fister exhaust, motor sound airbox
- New brakes: Front and rear rotors, brake pads, sensors, brake fluid
- New ride: custom made BBS RS wheels, corner balancing, alignment, RS+10 ride height
- Body refresh: bumperettes deleted, new windshield, duck tail
- New lights: Bi-Xenon Morimoto projectors, Morimoto XB Ballast, XB 5000K HID Bulbs, full LED exterior lights
- New stereo, amp and speakers: JL C1-400x, Morel 602, JL VX600/6i

Comes with all original parts removed (stock wheels, deck lid, steering wheel, door cards, etc).

Why Consider This 911?
Major Work Done: With the money invested, you're getting a 993 that's had a lot of important work completed.
Ready for Regular Use: The Tiptronic and the restoration work make it suitable for enjoying every day.
Last of the Air-Cooled: It has the classic air-cooled flat-six engine that Porsche is famous for. The 993s are known for better handling and build quality compared to earlier 911s.
Good Maintenance History: The car has been looked after by a reputable air-cooled Porsche shop and I have records for the work done.

What's up, man? Your 993 looks great and the price is really interesting! Would you like to have it published for free on my Instagram account? Probably, I'd have more than one person interested in that gorgeous car. If you don't mind my proposal, just follow me (@993ism on Instagram) and I'll DM you.

If this was a manual it would have be gone in a second.
