Description:

Against my better judgment I'm selling my 2011 Boxster Spyder. Found the car here from a local rennlister and really enjoyed the car for the last year and a half. Car is amazing and in excellent condition. I’m the second owner but the car has spent its whole life garaged in socal. Has every desirable option including carbon bucket seats (in near mint condition), manual transmission with sport shifter (factory porsche cable upgrade), and sports exhaust. Crazy rare red full leather interior that’s like new. Also recently did dealer installed factory shifter cable upgrade, new drive belt and spark plugs at Porsche of Santa Clarita. Clean title in hand.

When you say "recently did dealer installed factory shifter cable upgrade", what is that? Did you get the factory short shift kit added later?

It's actually not the short throw, that was a factory option. On the 987.2 the only real weak point are the original shifter cables. They can snap at anytime, (many threads on here about that) and for the longest time you'd either replace with the same ones or go Numeric. I heard the Numeric are nice, but i really want to keep this car factory. Thankfully Porsche now makes an updated stronger shifter cable and that's what I had installed.
