I thought there’s an issue if you put it on a manual 997? With the horn ?

No issue for 997. Here is the breakdown:
997.2 pdk: plug and play 997.2 manual: plug and play (just remove the paddles)
997.1 tiptronic: you need to swap out the steering wheel module for a later version for the paddles to work. Needed part: 997-613-289-01. Very straightforward install, many DIY's. 997.1 manual: mixed bag, some say you need the aforementioned module, others say plug and play.
I've seen some guys 3d print small plastic pieces after removing the paddles as well. Lots of options
