Fellas,
Had a few of my vehicles up for sale in the past.  Ended up selling the 911 Turbo to a friend and elected not to sell my 2012 CTT.
Not sure how many folks on this site are looking for a non-Porsche but figure what the heck might as well give it a shot.  The car is listed on a few FB sites and if it doesn't sell here I am going to list it on Bring a Trailer (it is that nice and if there is something to disclose I disclose it)..  Following is a write-up and my personal assessments (keep in mind only a brand new car gets a 10 out of 10 in my book).  Here goes:

The Good / Grandstands:

My guess is a dealer would be asking over $30K for this car...
I have done a ton of research on what else is out there and sale prices on listings on Autotrader, Cars.com) and Bring a Trailer. The car's profile is Audi B8.5 for the 2013 - 2017 Model Years:
 - One of the lowest mileage vehicles
 - One of the nicest cars available
 - Priced lower than most comperable
 - Clean Carfax / Accident Free (many of the other cars for sale have previous damage)

Paid $29,293 that included a stealer "administrative" fee of  $798
Vehicle was a 2nd car for our place in Florida.  Primarily my wife's car as she wanted a convertible.

I have never launched the car (100% my wife hasn't) and am guessing the original owner (I believe a woman) ever launched it.
Car gets full detail (by me) at least 3x a week when we are in Florida.  This includes the barrels inside the rims being cleaned

Super impressed with this car.  It is like a vault, drives awesome and there is room for 2 sets of golf clubs and bags for weekend trips.  The 7-speed dual clutch is silky, silky smooth.

Flaws:

Some minor curb rash on passenger side rims (go figure).  I have pics of them in the drive.  

Selling because my wife wanted a Range Rover which is now in our driveway.
