I'm selling my 2007 997.1 Turbo with 6spd manual. The car is GT Silver w/ Natural Gray full leather. I'm the second owner (dealer purchased) and have all records and window sticker from the first owner, so the car has been documented since new - including Blackstone oil reports for the last ~6 years. It currently sits with just over 60k miles. A few upgrades as follows:
Paint corrected and ceramic coated - regularly topped with Reload + Carnauba
PPF on full nose + mirror caps
EuroPipe exhaust (stage 1) - I have OEM
Kevin's (UMW) tune to tie in the exhaust - conservative tune as I wasn't looking for crazy power
Converted the clutch to GT2/3 setup (removed power assistance) - full trans removal with tapped bell housing etc. I used UMW's Dual mass clutch kit. All Porsche OEM parts used in the conversion
GT2 Rear sway - I have OEM
DSC PASM controller - I have OEM
Clear side markers - I have OEM
The rear bumper was scratched on the driver's side by a little old lady pulling into a parking spot, so I had Pino from RSR in Wyckoff, NJ repair it. While at it I had him repaint the front bumper (rock chips) and fill in the license plate holes. After 6 months or so I had the PPF applied. No paint on any metal - I can provide meter readings if needed.
I have an excel spreadsheet that summarizes all maintenance since the car was initially delivered. And as mentioned above I can provide Blackstone reports for the last ~6 years. Internally, externally, and mechanically this car has been very well maintained. Last oil change was January of this year - I used a blend of Redline 5/50 and 0/40. Turbo/VTG actuators lubricated at each oil change as well. Never tracked by the original owner nor myself.
I'm happy to make a deal on the removed OEM parts if the buyer is interested.

he’ll be back in a 911 once he gets tired of listening to the flat plane V8
Haha!! You’re probably right. There will no doubt be regrets…
I’ll add pics of the window sticker and maint summary later. Also, when taking pics I realized the rims were dirty (driving it after a wash) so I’ll take new ones after a cleaning. Rims are in great shape.
