I have an ultimate cupholder and needed an extra. I found these and bought two to try:

No affiliation to seller other than I bought two and they work.
They don't work the same as the ultimate cupholder, however, they work? I think they are more stable than the ultimate cupholder as they fit more snugly into the floormat. However, they aren't flexible metal so they are more one size fits?

UltimateCupHolder Alternative
@Astraelraen, thanks for the suggestion. They look like a good alternative. I may try them if I can't find a pair of UltimateCupHolders. I've had a pair of UltimateCupHolders in a BMW E39 for about 20 years and they've been great but I may need to explore alternatives.
