Originally for my 991.2 Carrera T. Sadly, things happen in life and I have to let go of my beloved 911.
These are *REPLICA* HRE R101 Lightweight. I ordered these 12000-ton forged 6061 T6 aluminum wheels to be my track wheels. They have only been to Buttonwillow once before removed and put in storage. Currently, there are Nankang CRS v2 fitted and balanced on the wheels with TPMS sensors that work with the instrument cluster. These are not that lightweight compare to the HRE ones, because I specifically ordered them to be 850kg load rating. It's definitely an overkill for my 3300 lbs 991, however I can eat the curb with no mental pressure on the track. Weight is similar to OEM 20-inch Carrera S wheels but much stronger.
To my knowledge, 991.2 narrow body has the shallowest fitment across all 991 Carrera. Therefore, this set of wheels can be installed on any 5-lugs 991 with spacers. I've sold another set of wheels in the same spec to a forum member who has a 991.1, and the fitment isn't an issue.
Pro:
Surprisingly strong, direct fit, ceramic coated, almost new race tires mounted and balanced.
Con:
Rear wheels had some marks by rock chips.
