Some notes (shown in pics):
-the paint is chipping on the right side scoop
-right rear passenger wheel has curb rashing
-this is a track car so paint does have some minor chips on front of hood & interior headliner has scratches
-front splitter hit a curb so passenger side has a little dent
-bumper was cut out due to a leak from exhaust muffler at track; it was welded + cut out looks clean
-some of interior padding in trunk/frunk was removed for installing of MCS; have old parts for this but do not have stock seats
Car is meticulously maintained every 3-5 track days - with records available. Only thing new owner would have to do is alignment to their liking & potentially oil change
-PDK/Diff fluid changed ~47k miles with Motul Gear 300 75w90
-Brake fluid changed ~48k miles with Endless
Please reach out for any questions or additional pics. Do have some videos - walkaround, WOT, normal driving available!
Beautiful build!
Few questions:
Modifications to motor/headers/exhaust/tune?
What alignment details with this suspension setup?
Can you post or share some videos?
More pictures of interior?
Records/receipts for work done?
Describe driving experience on the street - tolerable?
Thanks!

-No engine modifications or tune except the intake (doesn't add much power but adds some nice sound in the cabin)
-Currently aligned for a street friendly setup 2.6f / 1.9r .. i'd probably recommend alignment for new owner since it's been a while
-will DM you for videos/pics
-have every single receipt/invoice during my ownership + from prior owner
-with the seats and suspension on soft, street driving is very comfortable can easily do long trips.

the car is very dialed in and balanced with the aero - it does help. Didn’t go for just looks
without aero it’ll be balanced as well just less min speed in corners
