I'm on the hunt for a Targa from the 1990-1994 model years. Prefer C2, yet will consider C4 depending on maintenance history. Tip is my preference given budget is going to cap in the mid-to-high $80s. Seller must be willing to do PPI and Leak down at my cost without grumbling 
Open to colors and a some areas of repaint but prefer accident free and cosmetically clean. Will travel to test drive and meet buyer in the Continental US. Thanks all!
