considering the options and little extra parts starting point is fair plus the color and being it’s an S and has up to date maintenance

thank you so much the color is amazing and hard to find especially turbo s with these factory options I went very light on the exterior mods , the oem aero lip was a must and RS inlets and side skirts …

Great looking in guards red...i think they should have made more Turbo S models in this color now that I see it. And seller is right--I looked at autotrader out of curiousity and there are ZERO other Guards Red Turbo S coupes for sale in the entire US...and I checked 2014-2016 model years. That is one rare beast. GLWS

Not sure if you have been looking around lately but there’s cars with 22-30 k miles going for 111,000 , 115,000 your priced waaay to high

I have they are boring colors and most are just Turbo not turbo S specs , I have about 35k in maintenance and modifications between parts and labor . A 997 with 70k miles 2007 should be selling for 35k not 65k if your thesis is correct . But it’s an enthusiast car not a on paper value car hence my starting price which is negotiable I’m realistic to offers the worst I can say is no or counter … but I appreciate the insight

no, they are S’s, just take a look on Facebook Porsche pages , p car market and bringstrailer.
turbo s 23k miles black on red light mods high msrp sold for 111k that’s just one example . You missed the market by about a year and change .Covid prices are over .

I'd add more details on the mods and show the maintenance records, it will help you sell more quickly.
