Going Back on Market w/New Price Soon.
**UPDATE** Still waiting on estimate, but will need lower valve seals and front tie rods and CV joint boots and a heater hose.
Clean, lower mileage, black over tan, factory 6 spd, factory basket handle delete, sunroof, well-sorted and mechanically sound.
I’ve owned this car for nearly 10 years (purchased in June of 2014). I’m the fifth owner, bought it from a gentleman in South Carolina that campaigned Porsche Cup cars. I purchased it with ~27K miles on it and have mainly driven it to Cars and Coffee, hangouts and date nights as evidenced by the less than 7K mile I’ve added to the clock.
The previous owner upgraded the headlights to HID, lowered it to Cup height (on H&R springs) removed the air box and replaced with a K&N cone filter, the ECU is also chipped.
I added Fister Stage III exhaust, a 993 RS 3-spoke wheel with a wired in airbag bypass (so it doesn’t trip the airbag warning light), replaced the original AC with an upgraded stainless steel one and replaced the brakes this summer. The battery is a little over a year old and sits on a smart trickle charger when not driven. It came with chrome turbo twists that I replaced with nickel finished turbo twists. Both sets of wheels (the chrome has some flaking) and the old steering wheel and airbag will be included with the sale.
Overall, it has been a fantastic, reliable, and fun car. It turns heads wherever it goes. The low stance gives it a “I mean business” look and the Fister IIIs back it up with a growl that is unlike other 911s. Being a ’95, its OBD I and doesn’t throw CELs whenever it feels like it.
I’m a meticulous person and will list out everything that I would want to know going in as a purchaser. I like to believe you buy the person as much as the car.
Carfax shows an accident reported during the 3rd owner’s tenure. I was told it was parking lot scrape on the right rear quarter panel when I bought it. It appears to have been repainted there (only noticeable on close inspection near the window seals) and have no reason to question it was anything more than that.
There’s light scuffing on the underside of the nose, due to the Cup ride height and pesky driveways.
The bolster on the driver’s side is showing a little wear. No tears, but some light cracking, I'll be fixing that this weekend.
The stereo sucks. I literally turned it on once. The sound from the exhaust is all the music I needed.
The rock guards are cracking and have a sheen to them. I bought some magnetic guards that fit over the top of them and look great.
I have all receipts from my ownership, title is clean and in hand. Vehicle is for sale in Nashville, TN and can help arrange shipping nationwide. DM for email contact info and phone number. No lowballs, wholesalers or trades, please… I want her to go to someone that’s going to enjoy her as much as I have the last 10 years.
Here is the original ad from when I bought it.
