Incredibly well-preserved example of a low mileage 996 C4S, showing just ~35k km / ~22k miles.  Heavily optioned 2002 911 Carrera 4S, delivered new from Downtown Porsche in Toronto.  2 owner car (2nd owner purchased in 2007 with 20k km (~12k miles) as a retirement gift to himself).  Completely original, unmodified, garage kept, summer driven, and still has that 996-era full leather new car smell.   When we acquired this car, it was even still wearing its original 2001 date stamped tires (I kept one to stay with the car).   

Finished in launch colour Arctic Silver on black full leather, and loaded with all the must-haves on a 996 C4S - 6-speed, heated hard-back sport seats (colour matched), sport exhaust (very rare), sport package with PASM, and many other little tasteful CXX improvements.   MSRP over $145k new in 2002.  

The car had its rear bumper repainted after a parking lot scuff at Costco (photo available), as per previous owner.  Paint readings are consistently between 4-6mil across the whole car, except the top surface of the driver rear quarter, which reads closer to 10 (sign of possible paint or clear coat, certainly not body filler/accident).  There is a scratch on the passenger front fender near the gas cap (needs touch up paint, done properly), and a small scuff on the passenger rear fender (likely to polish out), otherwise the car shows very well.   Regular services were performed by the previous owners local Porsche specialist, and most recent servicing in the last 1k km includes an oil service, a new battery, 4 new Michelin PS4S tires, and a PPI in preparation for sale.  

We have no record of the IMS bearing being replaced, and therefore we are happy to include a fresh LN engineering IMS retrofit install as part of the sale.  

The car looks, smells, and drives exactly as you’d expect a like-new 996 C4S to feel.  The clutch is good, the transmission shifts smoothly, the brakes are good, and it’s evident the car has lived a pampered life.  The car will come with 2 keys, original books, original jack/toolkit, front license plate mount, any available service history, [size=13px]reconditioning[/size]/inspection report, and a clean Ontario title.   Don’t hesitate to send me a private message for any additional photos, paperwork, paint readings or information.
