Selling my beloved 993 Targa to make room for a hot rod project. Based in NYC, so only room for one car!

The Targa has had a major service in the last 5k miles, a suspension refresh & upgrade (shocks, bushings), new engine mounts, brake lines, 6.5k mile old Conti ECS tires, and a host of other maintenance items. It should be good for at least the next 30k+ miles minus regular fluid changes.

• 71k miles. Acquired in July 2022 at 59k miles.
• Exterior in excellent condition: paint is very good with no sun damage or major chips.
• Optioned with soft leather seats; partial leather interior. Interior is in excellent condition: no cracks in the dash or seats, door cards in great condition.
• Optioned with Rosewood shift **** & handbrake lever
• Targa roof is fully functional, including both the sunshade & glass roof itself. Both operate smoothly and have never had issues.
• No rust identified. Windshield does not squeak. Car lived in private parking garage on a battery tender & fuel stabilizer during winter here in NYC.
• I’ve built up a service history since I took ownership of the car, including refreshing all major wear items after 60k of mileage. All work done by Protosport in NJ, a renowned air-cooled specialty shop. Receipts for all work included.
• New brake discs, pads and lines (Oct 2022), new bump stops, and installed new Koni Sport shocks/struts & Eibach springs (Oct 2022)
• 18” BBS LM wheels (18x8.5; 18x10) with Continental ECS rubber (235/40; 285/30) installed in Oct 2022. Tires have about 6,500 mi on them and are in excellent condition.
• New LCA bushings & track rod bushings were installed in Feb 2023 to round out the suspension refresh.
• New lower valve covers, spark plugs, distributor cap & leads, oil & filter change, trans fluid flushed, and new trans filter installed in Feb 2023 at 65k miles.
• Driver’s side door check strap (common 993 failure item) repaired in Feb 2023
• Rear bumper cover, rear lights, basket handle, and front bumper cover replaced in July 2023 due to minor accident. Work carried out by specialized indie shop who works primarily on air-cooled 911s.
• Includes original owners manuals, three keys, original toolkit, original air compressor, original spare wheel, a set of spare dash bulbs.
