This is not a good price especially if OP openly stated that a dealership had this car listed for15K under what he's asking.
On Cargurus, there are only 39 991.2 GT3 with manual for sale, so that’s already rare, slim pickings, and if you look at pricing, the average is $190k, and I’d guess closer to $195, as there are many listed for $200-220k, so ya, this listing is offered at a solid price. No reason for anyone to bash any seller, if you don’t like the price, move on! it’s just plain rude to make any negative comments. Sure hope when you post something for sale, you don’t go through this, think about it, it’s just not cool and honestly it degrades the integrity of a rennlist poster. And who cares what he bought it for, does that give you some right to get lowered price? Holy crap Batman!!!

Amen

If I over paid and bought this old girl for $250k .... Is it fair for me to ask $250k today and the next buyer should pay What I paid coz I over paid? Wait, what if I bought the GT3 for $10k -should I list it for $11k and make a quick sale in today's market or should I list it for what the average going price is? Some of us paid $1m for our home 10-15 years back should we sell it today for $1m and comps are $3m. End of the day is what I paid does not matter to you. If anyone interested and like to make an offer then send me a PM. If you find a better deal out there, and congrats to you and go get it. Thank you.

You are right . I never understood why some of us adult act the way they act. Negative individuals will always be negative. One day they will go through the same garbage on their for sale post.

One of many examples. I didn't mean to be condescending in my post but your GT3 is very high mileage, and in my opinion it is not priced in line with current market trends.
High mileage??? These cars (especially 991.2) have amazing bulletproof engines. It really does not matter why he’s selling. It matters if the car has been serviced properly and a CPO most likely has.

Thank you!. I find it amusing some of us here are tripping over what the seller is asking for their cars. I did not ask for their opinion on price. If you are not interested to buy then move on. Why poison someone else ad. What ever lol.....This example has all the services by the book/Carfax. I bought a set of 918 buckets today and paid $16k for the set and planning to install in the car and enjoy her. Do I need to sell? Answer is no. I will keep driving it and not really worried if it sell or not to be frank and honest. My plan is to add a Rs in the near future.

Good decision. Great car, especially with LWBs. Can I ask why you were thinking of selling so soon?

Just throwing out there really and see if anyone is interested .... Friend offered his RS hence reason to let it go. But I am perfectly happy to just keep driving it. and with 2 years CPO protection, the plan is drive as much as I can haha.

LOL "very high mileage." Based on what? The fact that most 5 year old GT3s have had 5 owners at 2000 miles each, because people buy them, never track them (therefore never experiencing the whole point of these cars) and then realize driving a race car around on the street is kind of a drag sometimes, even if it has deviated stitching and colored seat belts?
This is a car that was meant to have the **** driven out of it on the racetrack. If previous owners drove it and maintained it 30K miles is nothing.

OP- I don't know why your listing has attracted so much ****posting, but shrug it off. The market will tell you if your price is right, not bored rennlisters. And anyone who wants to buy your car but thinks your price is high will respectfully PM you with a lower offer.

Bravo, well said man!!!!!!! As Jerry Seinfeld said, the guy with lowest mileage supercars lose, you gotta drive and enjoy the car. I sold my first GT3 in 2018 because the car was way to scary on the street, back then, I didnt even know you can take car to the track and rail on it for few hundred bucks a day. I ended up selling, it was way to dangerous on the street, everytime I looked down at gauge, i was doing way over speed limit, so now my 992 GT3 sits and waits for track days! Thats how you enjoy the car.

and OP, ignore the BS and GLWS, its amazing car!!!!

And why are you concern with my asking price ? Are you a buyer ? Did I ask for your opinion? I do not need any price opinion on my thread . Please keep your negative comments out . Thank you .
