I started building it out, thinking I would eventually swap the B8 RS5 power train and interior over, but I want to go a different route. This thing rips the combination of the Exhaust system + IE Tune + Coilovers. The car has its oil changed every 5k miles with Liqui Molly.
I am listing the upgrades below. I also have all the stock parts if the new owner wants them. The car will come with the OZ wheels, summer rubber + original wheels. The summer rubber are PSSs that have only seen two seasons tons of tread left.

8. RSNav with Apple carplay and android audio. This is not the touchscreen one; I wanted to retain the OEM feel
9. HR Street Sport Coilovers
10. Black emblems front (rings) rear: rings and Allroad
11. Upgraded Slotted/Cross drilled rotors about 1.5 years old
12. Ceramic Pads
13. OZ Ulta Leggaras with Michelin PSS tires. Tires are on their second season of use, tons of tread.
14. Stud conversion kit (makes changing wheels super easy).

Maintenance:
Fully up to date. I also recently replaced the CV boots on the front axels and the passenger side motor mount. I will also change the oil in advance of the car changing hands.
