I've attached a few photos of the vehicle - I will get better photos showing interior/exterior and all of the blemishes.  I'll also include a couple of videos - it's a great sounding car that's ready to go driving.

Good news: ~$15k  $17k spent over the ~three years to get the car in good mechanical condition (all the IMS stuff taken care of, clutch, minor other items, fabspeed exhaust, etc). Stock except for fabspeed. I do have the stock exhaust in-hand.  Clean title.

Bad news:  It's a drivers car and the interior/exterior comes in at a 6/10.  A great opportunity for someone that has the time to deep dive into the interior and it get properly detailed as well as address the rock chips on the front bumper + a couple of dings, paint chips and scratched on the exterior.

This is my second 6sp 997 and it's been a fun car for the last few years that I've enjoyed getting up to speed mechanically.  I did pick-up a 991 turbo last year, so this is not being driven very often.  It has (4) brand new tires and will be driven on occasion.

I believe this is by far the best priced 997 6sp manual on the market and all of the expensive preventative maintenance has been done.  I've priced this car aggressively as the cosmetic condition is a 6/10 and I work/travel a lot and would prefer to induce a painless sale for both parties.
