Yes, the kit is still available. According to the 964 PET Parts Catalogue, my kit is complete. See the illustration from the parts catalogue in the last photo. And, the box wrench that is used to change the belts IS included... it's the 24mm Klein shown in the center of the kit in the first photo. There's also a close-up of it in the 5th photo. The part number on it is: 999.571.064.02. Hope this helps.
