Description:
I posted about potentially selling this car last week in just the 996 turbo forum as I was not 100% convinced I wanted to sell the car- but I have made up my mind and as hard as it is for me to accept the time has come to let the beautiful car go. As much as I adore it, it has just been sitting in my garage collecting dust. As my family and business grow, I have less and less time to enjoy it. At first I was ok with only driving it once or twice a month – but as I move on to new ventures professionally and taking on a big home renovation – my priorities need to shift – but one day I will for sure be back in a 996 turbo.
I bout the car with 15k miles on it. The car came to me immaculate. Not much service history before my ownership but I had S-car-go (a local and famous Porsche indy) go through the care completely upon delivery. Since then I have cared for this car as one would care for a new born baby. I Have a stack of service records and receipts to go along with the sale.

upgrades:
By Design stage 2 upgrade including - Kline exhaust and headers, upgraded intercoolers - and a cobb access port with Sam's awesome 1bar custom tune
Ohlins R&T coil-over suspension kit with elephant racing caster camber plates
Custom built speedster hump (fully removable - attaches to windscreen holes)
I bought the fiberglass shell from this company here: https://nrauto.com/products/porsche-...ter-style-hump - then I took it to my good friend Patrick over at Whitmans autobody shop - after countless hours of shaping and sanding we finally got the fitment right. we then installed carpet on the underside to protect the ragtop from damage and built the custom leather headrests. then sprayed it black! - At the end of the day it cost me about $4600
two issues with the car are as follows:
1- the known hydraulic rams for the spoilers are not functioning and need attention or replacement - I personally don't like the way it looks when spoiler is up so i never had it taken care of)
2- the fuel gauge does not read full when tank is full - it about 1/4 off - this has also not been an issue as i don't drive the car long distances - but should be addressed in the future it needed.
I Have all the original parts wrapped up that were taken off the car including the exhaust.
2 sets of keys and owners manual included
I can provide detailed pictures if interested plus pictures of all the stock parts as well.
