Description:

I am selling my personal vehicle, a 2015 Porsche (991.1) 911 GT3.  I am the third owner and purchased it on Rennlist in 12/2020.  I have thoroughly enjoyed the car, having put 13,000 miles on it during my ownership.  I am selling to fund a 992 Carerra T for which I just got an allocation through a local dealer.  The dealer made a reasonable offer to take in my GT3 on trade, so this is not a fire sale.

HISTORY:
Owner #1 purchased and owned the car in the Boston area.  He was a multiple-Porsche 911 owner and rarely drove the car.  He traded the car into Herb Chambers Porsche in 2020 with 7,000 miles on it.  Owner #1 did have some PPF on the car, but I am unsure which areas where protected.

Owner #2 purchased it CPO from Herb Chambers.  During the CPO process, the dealer completed a major service, PDK flush, and put 4 new tires at a cost of $9,700.  Owner #2 had the old PPF removed, paint correction completed, and covered it in PPF from nose to tail, then had XPEL ceramic coating applied at a total cost of $7,600.  Owner #2 intended to keep the car for the long haul but got the opportunity to purchase a friend's GT2RS and sold me this car with 9,900 miles on it.  Owner #2 did use the car for two (2) HPDE days in the Boston area.

I purchased the car in 12/2020 and street drove the car only, incuding two (2) trips from NJ to Tail of the Dragon in 2022.  Prior to the CPO expiring, I purchased a third-party DOWC warranty that mimicked the CPO coverage from Flemington Porsche.  The warranty is good until 8/2026 or 48,000 total miles and is fully transferrable to a new owner.  The CPO coverage expired 9/2022.

The car was last inspected by Princeton Porsche in 11/2022 (22,356 miles) and was given a clean bill of health.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Clean CARFAX, no accidents.  Clean title in hand with no lien.  Two keys, owners manual, laminated window sticker, full binder of all three owner's service records are included.  The car has the original F0 engine; the extended engine warranty expires 11/2024.

EXTRAS:
XPEL 35% ceramic window tint on all windows except the windshield.  Mirrortap installed for Uniden radar detectors.  Rennline phone mount on center console.  OEM plastic frunk liner and clear side markers.  Sharkwerks center muffler delete with OEM tips.  OEM center muffler is not included.  RS-style PORSCHE decal across rear wing (easily removable).  PORSCHE triple stripe door decals (not installed) included with sale.  AWE Tuning Foilers wind diffusers installed.  OEM rubber/all-weather floor mat set.  New front splitter installed in 2022.  Blackstone Labratories Oil Report 11/2021.

CONS:
All four (4) tires are at 4/32 and will need replacement in the next year/5,000 miles.
