Description:
*** 12/29 Update - I've been working with a very motivated buyer and I think a deal is all but done. I'm not going to mark it as sold just yet, but will as soon as it's official. I appreciate everyone's interest and if I haven't gotten back to you, I apologize...there's been a bunch of non-Porsche related stuff going on in my life. If for some reason the sale doesn't go through, I'll contact everyone in the order they posted or pm'd me. Thanks

I love this car and have completely pampered it, but it's time to let it go -- I just don't drive it enough anymore. I've done all the ‘standard’ performance mods so you don’t have to, including Fabspeed Sport Headers, IPD Plenum, IPD GT3 82mm Throttle body, Remus Exhaust, Oversized air intake, Fabspeed tune.
Dyno run attached. After the tune, the car is making 304 hp at the wheels. Assuming a 15% drivetrain loss, this means it’s producing ~360 engine horsepower. This is a beautiful car in amazing shape. 50,569 miles.
On the car now are 19" Carrera wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires. 6/32's on the front, call it 3-4 32's rear. They're probably ok now in the dry, but I wouldn't push my luck in the wet. There are the usual stone chips on the frunk lid and I’ve had a few dings removed but the car’s never been in an accident. There's an intermittent short in the aux input but it was never more than a little crackling and not enough for me to want to replace it.
Factory extras: Leather Sport seats, PCM, BiXenon headlights, LSD, 19” Carrera wheels with Michelin Pilot Sports, Bluetooth, Sport Chrono, Bose Sound. Guards red seat belts.
Cosmetic Extras: 15mm Wheel spacers, Zunsport Screens, Black air intake vents, (the red interior trim is vinyl wrap over the original plastic pieces. Easy to remove if you don’t like it but I thought the silver was a little boring, especially with the factory red seat belts), Fosstek pedals, white running lights
Extra Extras: Bilstein Coil Over Shocks (brand new, never installed), 18” BBS wheels with Michelin Alpin All Season Tires, Cobb Accessport, Liftbars
Oil, brake, engine coolant all changed at 50k miles (which was the end of 2020.)
I'd like to sell everything in one shot, but I'm willing to separate the 'Extra' extras to get the price down. Feel free to ask questions, I'll do my best.

With the 987.2 its about supply and demand. Granted this isn't necessarily the best time of the year to sell a car, but there just aren't very many out there (at any given time) especially in manual, and in cases like this it gives the advantage to the seller. I think this is how a clean, well kept 987.2 will always be.
Very nice car, GLWS!

wondering how loud the current set up is (and yes I know it’s relatively subjective)? Possibly Interested but currently living in a townhouse and don’t want my neighbors to hate me haha
