Since it is intended to be a Porsche plate, we must ask all of the Porsche pre-purchase inspection questions: Does the plate have ppf? Has it been ceramic coated? If yes, before or after the ppf was applied? Has the plate been driven in the rain or on track? Was the plate garage kept? If so, was the garage climate controlled? Assume the plate is all original, no paint work or other modifications? How many miles on the plate? Does it still have the new plate smell?
