Another price reduction. Kind of confused why this car hasn't generated any interest. Is it because its a Base Carrera?

Did you get an offer from a Porsche dealer/carmax/etc? Right now dealers are offering more than private buyers on some cars unless its a unique spec that someone really wants.

Try auctioning the car on one of the auction platforms, you'll see what the market is willing to pay on your vehicle. I think it's probably realistically only worth $80K but that's just me. 40K miles, PDK, no CPO.

Appreciate everyone's opinion's. Lowered the price another $4k. I'll see what happens over the next couple weeks. Maybe someone will appreciate the amount of money ($17.5K) I've spent on mods, and make me a reasonable offer. Otherwise, I'll put the car back to boring stock and try again. lol.
