Description:

JackPoint Jack Stands $650/OBO

These stands are new and were never used. They are currently out of stock on the JackPoint website.

The pads fit most of not al Porsche applications, plus other makes as well.

I cannot ship freight, but it can be picked up locally in NYC or Southbury, CT or meet within 100 miles of both locations.

Are you selling a set of 2, or a set of 4?

Note to prosspectibe buyer(s): These are simplly the best jack stands you can buy, They are the most rugged and stable, and very safe to use. I bought my set off of RENNLIST.....afere searching and searching. Generaly only about 1 set of 4 comes up per quarter. Don't dither on these; they wont last long. Go to www.jackpoint.com and check out their website.

THESE JACKSTANDS ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO PACK UP THE CAR USING ALL FOUR FACTORY JACKING POINTS, corner by corner. Some would have you believe you can safely jack up the rear of the car with the jack placed in the center of a rear crossmember. The jack up up the car and quickly slip in your packstands on the 2 rear corners. Maybe you can, but that approach looks like a potential disaster waiting to happen. Engineer/super handy Porsche pals of mine will ONLY use the JackPoint approach,

FREIGHT: BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPEREINCE, If you can box them UP, you can EASILY ship them, 2 to a box. I know as I have done it. Once you have fitted a pair of 2, maybe 2 sets of 2 into their respective boxes, weigh them. Personally, I use www.pirateship.com. All that needs to be done is to go on their website, plug in go to, and from ZIP codes, plug in the L., W., and H. of the shipping box, add in the insurance option, chack off if it is going to a residential and/or business address, and you'll immediately know the freight to your buyer. Then notify the prospective buyer how much will be needed to add to your price to cover freight. If he agrees, www.pirateship.com will create UPS Ground labels for you. Slap the labels on the boxes and drop them off at any UPS store. Viola! You are one.

I already have a set of two JackPoint jack stands, and don't plan to have all four wheels at any point in time, so I don't need any more. Two is just right for me.

Writing this post as a public service, with no compensation to me. I love my JackPoints!
