Current MSRP on this build is over $111k plus $10k-$20k in ADM, if you can even get an allocation.  In addition to the extended CPO warranty through May of 2027, there are also about $5k worth of "no-brainer" after-market accessories to sweeten the deal.  

I picked up this pristine 2021 Certified Pre-Owned from Porsche Dallas with 3k miles on it back in March 2022 when it received the full CPO inspection and a 10k mile service, so the next one isn't due until 13k miles.  CPO warranty is transferrable and adds two years to the original warranty with unlimited mileage, so rest easy knowing you have a full Porsche warranty through 5/27/27!  Carfax is CLEAN.    

It has Xpel ceramic tint on all windows as well as the windshield which does wonders for heat rejection.  I also had a full two-stage paint correction and ceramic coating applied, and all work was done by the best high-end detail shop in Denver/Boulder.  Finally, I had Soul Over Axle Pipes (OAPs) professionally installed in order to replace the OEM mid-pipes with the restrictive particulate filter that absolutely ruins the flat-6 sound.  Car sounds amazing now with absolutely zero drone...louder but definitely not too loud.   The OEM pipes with the gas particulate filter will come with the car as well.    

Car is in immaculate condition with an amazing spec.  Chalk paint option, gloss black door handles, gloss black spoiler, satin black Porsche logo, PDK transmission, Power Steering Plus, Premium Package (w/ BOSE), Navigation, Apple CarPlay, GTS Interior Package with chalk stitching and chalk seat belts, Sport Seats Plus 2-ways.  

If you're reading this, then you know this car is near impossible to find and selling well above MSRP.  It will continue to appreciate in value as it is the last of the ICE generation of Caymans that will only be made for another year or two according to Porsche.  Not only that, but it is a naturally aspirated 4.0L flat-6!!!  

Why am I selling?  My wife and I have decided to buy an investment home in Sonoma that we will eventually retire in, so I've agreed to sacrifice the Porsche (for now).  I owned a '21 4-cylinder Cayman, and, frankly, the GTS 4.0 is like a totally different car.  The linear power delivery and sound of the high-revving NA flat-6 coupled with the upgraded adaptive suspension is night and day.  Car has never been tracked, but it blew me away in the canyons near my home in Boulder.
