Hi - they will not. The bolt pattern on the cylinder head is different for the GT3 engine. Even if it wasn't, you'd need to fully replace the post cat exhaust to connect. hope this helps.

Yeah, that would be the plan: source GT3/RS headers and exhaust to couple with a GT3 rear bumper/center exhaust outlet. I know some have just run a custom setup between stock S headers and side mufflers to a center exhaust but I like using OEM where possible.
