The warranty is with Total Auto Protect. 36 mo and 30K miles from 11/25/21 at 18K miles. Paid $4K for the policy which is transferable to the new owner. Coverage is at your shop of choice, including porsche dealers. Premier package with $150 deductible. All components included.
Original books and notes from original owner. Euro delivery temp registration decal. Warranty declaration. Some additional photos of the wheels, detail process, and extended full leather package.
I also know quite well this car and his owner. He is what I would call "OCD-Porsche-aficcionado" and all the porsches (quite a few) that I have seen under his ownership, have been always cared and maintained to the very last little detail.
If you are in the process of looking for a 997, this one specifically, is a real special unit; The triple blue combination and "like new" condition doesn't show to full extent in the photos. If you add to that, all the option list, the low mileage and maintenance records... as they say... "go and find another one"
Who is the aftermarket warranty serviced by? It looks like it's not an exclusionary policy - meaning, unless they specify what is *not* covered, they can easily dance around things not to cover.

Warranty is from Total Auto Protect LLC. In the biz over 40 years. Sold through dealerships as well. I actually had it and used it to repair the AC system in my 2009 Audi R8; $14K bill, I only paid $150. If you’re interested in the car and make an offer, I will provide copies of the contract for your review via personal email before any deal is finalized. No worries.
