Hi folks, this is a titanium muffler from a 997.2 gt3rs.  There are conversions kits out there to use this on the 981 gt4 and potentially other cars from what I can remember.  It’s makes for a solid sounding and performing exhaust setup for the gt4.  Fabspeed, Dundon, and DeMan Motorsports use these and have the pipe kits for them to make them fit perfectly.  The whole piece is titanium which also makes it very light and give it a unique resonance and sound.  I was going to use it on my personal car but I ended up selling for an upgrade.  PLEASE NOTE EXHAUST TIPS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
