I bought this 996 TT about 2 years ago with 96,388 miles on it (now at 98,950), and when I got it, it cosmetically needed some love. Luckily it is a no accident, clear title, no story car (as best I can tell from the years of receipts I have).

I have spent the last two years upgrading, refreshing and refining this 911 twin turbo into the beautiful vehicle it is now. To be clear, the last owner cared for her as well, it really showed - I just wanted to take it to the next level. The interior has been well maintained, no weird smells, leather cleaned and conditioned regularly. Matching floor mats, etc. I have 2 keys, owners manuals, no tool kit though. Finally, please excuse the photos (Google Album is here). I wanted to get some after a wash, but the light outside was too harsh for decent photos. I can get more next week if interested

• Smoked Euro side markers
• Europipe belgian exhaust (with cats)

• Colorado matched rear bumperettes and lower rocket panels
• Custom Porsche alcantara / carbon steering wheel - upgraded with Tiptronic paddle shifters by Zuffwerks
• Shifter ZR3 Lidar laser jammer & hard wired for Valentine One.
• Kenwood KDC-X997 head unit
• Alpine / JL audio high fidelity stereo with hidden woofers. ($8k system at the time, which sounds great)

Here are the things I have done in the last couple of years:
The largest labor of love was removing the 20 year old clear bra across many parts of the car. The paint underneath has been perfect, and it means the bumper is free of rock chips, the hood mostly unscathed, the intercooler inlets, shark fin areas, etc - All near great shape as the wrap was covering them (though there are pits where the wrap was not installed in small places).

Full service in July of 2021 (only 700 miles since service)

• 5w-50 motor oil
• Replaced the turn signal (the yoke stopped catching and wouldn’t stay engaged when engaging the turn signal)
• Brake fluid flush
• Transmission flush
• Air cabin and engine air filter replaced

Work done in 2020:

• Engine out work (Nov 2020)
  • Weld coolant pipes, replaces coils, plugs (1 temp range colder for tune) and filters
  • Water pump
  • Serpentine belt, idler pulleys, tensioner pulley
  • Thermostat
  • New AWE Performance Intercoolers, Cobb Accessport
  • New CV boots on front (both sides)
• Fuel pump and fuel filter were replaced
• Light Saver tail light protection installed

The aftermarket items I have added are primarily the new intercoolers, and access port with a custom tune by Harvey from a shop in CO called the Boost Creep. We dyno`d the car at elevation at just under 420whp. It has fairly new Hankook Ventus tires, brakes still have lots of life as they were replaced about 2k miles ago (rotors, pads). Minor changes include the 3rd brake light (LED), Lightsavers for the tail lights, and of course, the very important "Fire Missiles" accessory (seen on dash). 

I will include a new set of 18x8.5/10 Forgestar F14s winter wheels with new Continental Extreme Contact tires if buyer pays full asking (these were $2500). These wheels have custom offsets to fit like a glove in the wheel well while reducing wheel size for snow/rain.

I contemplated going bigger turbos, upgraded fuel and such, but I am in the process of planning a move to Florida (from CO) and don’t want a third car in the mix. I seem to only keep the fun car for about 2 years, so it is time to release this one back into the wild. Price is reflecting the odometer and owner count, but still such a pristine example.
