Hi folks,

I bought this car, listed here on rennlist in Sept 2021. Clean title. No accidents or paint touch ups.
I put in about 5 K miles so far.

So why am I selling?Have an eye on 991. Also this car gets significant attention and I want something subtle.

Please see all the work that's been done during my ownership.

Description- Well maintained 2005 997 Coupe. RWD. Forrest Green color (PTS). Uptodate with all of its maintenance (with receipts). Tires have only 4000 miles on them.


Things that were addressed during prior ownership-

- Replaced RMS and IMS with LN unit (I had borescope done at IMA motorwerke in Virginia to confirm no bore scoring prior to purschase)
-Replaced Clutch
- Replaced Serpentine belt
-Replaced spark plugs and coils
- Replaced brake and clutch fluid
-Replaced Air-Oil separator
-Engine Air filter
-Cabin air filter

Following modifications have been done
997.1 Aerokit front bumper
997.1 GT3 rear bumper (Currently I'm running stock exhaust with stock bumper but the car will come with a GT3 rear bumper and center exit exhaust)=
997.2 GT3 rear spoiler (a $4000 value)
BBS E 88 3 piece wheels with Michelin pilot sport 4S ($6500 value)
ECS tuning 12mm spacers (front)
Fortune Auto Air Piston Lift system F&R )These are not airbags, they function similar to a factory lift system while retaining full functionality of a coil-over)
GT3 converted Center-Exit Exhaust system
Flat bottom steering wheel with matching factory leather.
-Paint protection film applied to front bumper, hood, fenders , side mirrors.


Things done during my ownership
Programmed 2 keys (will come with 2 new keys)
Alignment done at Mayo performance in Oct 2022
In Feb 2022, replaced Pollen filter, Air filter, Horn, Pulley and belt tensioner, AC compressor (AC system recharged with Freon), replaced Water pump, ($3900 maintenance at RAC performace)

The bad- I'm not a big fan of the Fortune auto air lift system. It blew out a relay once and I replaced it ($700 repair) . Blew out a hose to rear left coil last month and replaced that as well ($500 repair). .


Car has a clean CARFAX. No accidents of fender benders. Body paint is all original. Interior shows minimal wear with very minimal creasing on leather.

No CEL.

Title in hand. Original owners manual included. Passed PPI and borescope at IMA Motorwerks, VA.

All maintenance done at RAC performance in Carrollton, TX (RUF).

Also listing on BAT since I have my eye on a 991 at RAC.

I can arrange a PPI at your expense. Please keep in mind that the price includes a spare GT3 rear bumper and center exit exhaust system (if you want to track the car).
