Partial service records from new; very detailed documentations since I acquired it. Based on some of the paperwork I have, Carfax owners 1-2 are the same. Owned by the 3rd owner since 2009 to when I purchased it. CA car entire life until I purchased it. PCA member owned. Maintained at Carlsen Porsche (Porsche Redwood, now) at least until 2009. Garage kept, only seen snow twice, and it handled it well.

Spoke with the dealer directly for a few days before I flew to Detroit and bought it, he said he put around ~1,400mi on it himself. Drove a few hours to meet me at the airport with the 911 and was overall a pretty decent guy. Drove it straight back to Indianapolis from Detroit.

PPI's are welcome, there are two decent indie shops in the area that I've used, or Tom Wood Porsche is in town.
Shipping is possible at the buyers expense with 100% of the legwork being done by the buyer on that. Shipping is also possible for the extra wheels and tires if needed, will work something out with the buyer.
First two photos show both sets of wheels included with the sale.
Binder includes all photo prints of this listing, Carfax copy (pre and post my ownership), every single receipt for everything I have done/purchased for it with part numbers for reference. Every service record that I have available, some previous owner paperwork, original rennlist forum posting, notes, installation documents, extra warranty and contact info for the lifetime valve body warranty, which is transferrable.
Car runs and drives great, never sat and idled, especially on cold days, no scouring issues that I have seen; also a CA car until I purchased it. The rebuilt valve body was certainly the main culprit with the shifting issues I had, always drove fine on full throttle/spirited driving, but could definitely sense an issue on regular daily driving. With the multiple flushes/transmission work I did, the fluid should now be fully flushed through since I ended up doing it three times essentially. AC is cold, heat is hot, though I did have minimal foam come out from time to time. I don't know if it's just now starting to lose its foam or not. This would be something on the to-do-list for the new owner, though it is not something that needs to be addressed immediately. Oil usage has been minimal and nothing outside of factory specs. There is a very minor seep from the VVT seal on the driver side. No documentation on whether the AOS has been replaced or serviced, but again have not had any issues with it, but again would be something that would be on the to-do-list, but not any time soon. No documentation on if someone had replaced the IMS, but it being a '99, it shouldn't be an issue and I have not seen any issue or leakage related to the IMS.
Oil change done by the dealer was through some sort of quick-lube place which always makes me suspicious. All the oil analysis files are fine and included and can be seen in some of my previous posts, it has done nothing except improve. Oil always changed as close to 3,000 as possible, never any extra additives or snake oil things were used. Fresh oil change and filter will be included with the sale as I'm right at 3,120 miles since I did it last.

as far as what went with the car when I got rid of it - there should be a binder with tons of receipts and paperwork, all the original factory literature with service stamps, all season mats, I left the phone mount in there, a few Porsche cleaning things, and that’s about it.
