Meticulously Maintained 

Why am I selling? Well this year is going to be a big spending year for me. I am getting married and I have a number of real estate opportunities coming up that I want to be prepared for.

I purchased the car stock in June, 2021 with the exception of a strut and c-pillar bar already installed. it had about 74,XXX miles on it with no issues. I still talk to the previous owner he took very good care of the car. First thing I did was a paint correction through my buddy Rudy who owns LA Auto Detail (instagram) in Los Angeles. There was some damage to the front clear bra so I had him remove it with the idea of replacing it. Upon removal, the paint was taken off and that is when I found out that the bumper was likely resprayed prior to the clear bra and it was done poorly. I went ahead and had it resprayed at a shop in Burbank, CA called B&B Auto Body. I did not re-clear bra the car. 

I really wanted to build a GT4 version of the car. A track ready street car that is incredibly enjoyable on the street, in the canyons, or on the track. This is truly a one-of-a-kind car that holds its own wherever it goes.

No corners were cut when purchasing these parts and all work was completed by Porsche Santa Clarita and Mini Corsa in North Hollywood. 

There have been a number of service records of other work that has been done:
Oil Change
Passenger side window regulator changed
MAF sensor replaced
Previous own did not know if the IMS had been addressed and neither do I
The GT3 Wing is adjustable and does need upgraded struts to stay up (Not expensive I just did not get around to it)
Side marker light bulb needs to replaced (notification comes up on the dash, easy swap I may do it between now and the sale)
