Best of luck! I've been searching for one of those (without PCCB) and none have dipped into that range. Hopefully the market will start correcting soon when more 992 orders get filled and a flood of 991.2 GT3's suddenly become available. or the GT4RS will dent the market some.
Oh nice a local! Call me crazy but I think they will come down soon. I hear things are moving along at the ports. They just made too many 991.2 GT3s! A C2S coupe or C4S is more "rare" than a GT3, if you look at production numbers. So yes fingers crossed these will come back down in price!
