Selling a very well maintained 2005 997 C2 in Forrest Green (PTS color). The car is up to date with all of its maintenance, the following service was completed at 34,100 miles. Everything listed below was replaced with OEM parts. I have receipts for the service mentioned ($6,005.97).
- Replaced RMS and IMS with LN unit
- Replaced clutch
- Replaced serpentine belt
- Replaced spark plugs and coils.
- Replaced brake and clutch fluid
- Replaced air oil separator
- Engine air filter
- Cabin filter
The following mods have been done:
- 997.1 Aerokit front bumper
- 997.1 GT3 rear bumper
- 997.2 GT3 rear spoiler,
- BBS E88 3 piece wheels with Toyo R888R,
- ECS Tuning 12mm spacers (fronts),
- Acid green painted brake calipers,
- Fortune Auto Air Piston Lift System F&R (THESE ARE NOT AIRBAGS, they function similar to a factory lift system while retaining full functionality of coil-overs)
- GT3 converted center-exit exhaust system
- flat-bottom steering wheel with matching factory leather
- SONY double din unit with backup camera.
The car had paint correction done (NOT REPAINT) and paint protection film applied on the front end (front bumper, hood, fenders, side mirrors).
The car has a clean CARFAX, never been in an accident or any fender bender. Bodypaint is all original. The interior shows very minimal wear with very minimal creasing on the leather. With all the maintenance up to date mechanically the car functions and operates very well (no CEL, no codes, no lights on dash).
Title in hand and the car will come with the original owner's manual. The car passed PPI which was done by a very well-known local shop (IMA Motorwerks) on 8/27.
Great looking car, how long have you owned it? I ask because I see it was up for sale on 7/7/21 and 09/01/2020.
Thanks! I've owned it for a month, I purchased from a guy in LA who purchased it September last year.
Why you might ask...This is my first Porsche and before finding this car I was in the market for a 997 gt3. So why did I buy this? I saw this car a few years ago when it was built by the original owner and thought the color was simply amazing and the mods done were exactly what I would've done on a non gt car aside from a .2 gt3 front bumper.
Long story short after cleaning the car up and driving it I realized my heart is set on a gt3 hence why I'm passing this on to someone who can/will appreciate the car.
