Does anyone with experience know how to determine authenticity? They mostly look legit, there are just a few things that I think may devalue them / make a potential resale down the line much harder. The screws on the back are supposed to be TORX. The indents on the front are not seen in any other OEM pics (that I can find). Lastly, the PORSCHE OEM sticker is missing from the bottom.

New skins are about $1500 from Recaro. I'll take mine factory looking with factory black backs and hardware thank you.
Also my upholster can stamp those badges easily. Not saying these are faked also but even the skins might can be cloned.

The seats are real. Reason there isnt a sticker is bc it was removed when they were painted. The sure way to know if theyre real is the seat belt holes. No one makes them the same way as porsche.

Ya that’s what’s confusing here. I think they’re real, but the issues I brought up (and the busted up silver repaint) greatly devalues these.
I’d expect they’re worth in the $3000-$3500 range…
Totally understand your concern guys , I got my 04 Arctic silver gt3 10 years ago came with the seats , previous owner had them painted and looks like whoever did the job use different hardware
I can include this upper trim pieces with the sale suncoast parts have them available
I had a genuine set of these a few years back. Can’t speak to any thing else but those indents are caused by over tightening the screws on the backside. It is super easy to do (I did it on a screw or two on mine). Not saying if they are genuine seats or not but the indents should not automatically disqualify them as it is can and does happen on oem seats.
