The condition of the car is evident from the photos -- beyond excellent. This car was very high original MSRP, just under $116k. It has LWB's, PCCB's, dual zone climate, aluminum pedals and much more -- see the option list below.  It is still CPO until August 21, 2021 so buy it, drive it and there is some time left on the warranty for peace of mind.  This color is one of 39 made for the North American market per the spreadsheet available on this site.  Dealers are now asking over MSRP for even the high spec cars, with no drama and low mileage.  The Carfax I received in 2019 was clean and I've had no issues, always garaged.

All maintenance is done including 4 year service with new plugs (late last year).  The four year was done at independent specialist Völlig in San Diego off Miramar.  Adam Gill the owner likely remembers the car. 

There is about 9 months left on wheel and tire insurance I bought at time of purchase and I assume that transfers but would need to be checked. Good tread left on tires which were new in Feb 2019. The DME would likely be fully clean as I've never hit the redline cutoff (I tend to lift and shift at 7k rpm when driving it harder -- the car has been used as intended but never abused).  Never any missed shifts i.e. no 5-2 at high rpm by mistake. The Porsche dealer provided me the DME report when I bought it and there were zero overruns in any range.  I can provide a copy from that time.

The front clip is covered in PPF to include A pillars and strip at roofline; also the side mirrors, rockers, rear fender flares, and part of the back bumper near the rear fender well.  The entire car was coated in ceramic coating which pulls out some faint purple tones from the dark blue.  The job was done by Modern Image in San Diego.

The car was not tracked by me and I highly doubt that the first owner did either with the clean DME.  I've done a Porsche Club performance driving weekend and about 3 autocross events before Covid cost us the stadium parking lot locally.  

There are the factory rubber mats along with the regular carpet mats.  The car is stock with the exception of clear side markers which work great with the color.  I have the amber ones in my garage.

I'm selling now because my house is in escrow and I will have to find separate storage.  Somebody else should enjoy the car rather than it collecting dust.  In my biased opinion, this is one of the best of the 2016 GT4's.
