Description:
Fellow Rennlisters:
It is time to sell my 2018 GT3! This is the best car that I have ever owned, but my family is getting bigger, so I need to get something with 4-doors for a little awhile - probably an RS6 Avant. My GT3 was purchased new from Porsche of Nashua. The warranty goes until 10/2022 and is fully transferrable. I'll try to answer some questions that you may have about the car:
- Why are you selling the car?
The car has been incredible, but I need to make space in my garage for something with storage space. I'll get back into a GT car eventually, but I'm not driving this beauty enough to justify hanging onto it. They're incredible!
- What was the original MSRP of the car and what else have you done to the car?
The original build for this car was $171,770 including the following options:

- Chalk - $4,220
- Leather Interior in Black and Black / Red Alcantara - $3,480

- Has the car been well maintained?
Yes! The car has had oil changes at least every six months or 1000 miles, and I had the 2-year service done in the fall. All of the filters were changed out, the spark plugs were replaced. Oil and brake fluid have also been changed multiple times. All work has been performed by either Porsche of Nashua / Westwood or at reputable shops, such as Auto Engineering in Lexington.
Feel free to get a PPI! No drama, no stories. The car also had a paint correction right from the dealership and has full PPF, so the paint is perfect. PPF work was done by Unique Car Care.
- Do you have all receipts and service records to prove it?
Yes! I have all of the service records and can prove all of the car's service history. I have receipts for all of the parts that I have purchased as well from Suncoast parts, Essex Racing, Sharkwerks, and various other places.
- Have you ever sold a car on Rennlist?
Yes! This is actually the third car I'm selling on Rennlist. I had a great experience selling my 991.1 911 GTS and my 971 Panamera Turbo Sport Turismo on Rennlist. You meet some super nice and high-integrity people on this forum. I'm looking for a straightforward and easy deal, and I know this car will make the next owner tremendously happy. I might even consider a discount for the right RL buyer.
- Can I schedule a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI)?
Most definitely, as long as you pay for it! There is absolutely nothing to hide about the car, so if it brings you peace of mind, go for it.
- Has the car ever given you trouble?
Nope! The car went in for one warranty repair for an oil droplet, a common issue on the GT3. Seals were replaced, and she's all good. Aside from that, the car has been super fun and completely drama-free. I have all records from the Porsche dealership and from my 2-year service attesting to car's clean bill of health! The car has been meticulously maintained. It's also under warranty until 10/2022.
- Where is the car located?
The Greater Boston area. I would prefer to sell to a local, if possible. I'm sure once you see the car in person, you'll see how clean the car is.
- Do you have all the stock parts?
Yes, I have all of the stock parts. This includes the stock brake rotors, pads, and the exhaust. I'll even throw in a spare set of Cup 2s with 5/32 and 7/32 tread left into the deal. The car currently has brand new Cup 2s, and I had them installed on 5/25/21. New owner is going to need new shoes!
- Has the car been in an accident?
Nope, 100% clean Carfax.
- Do I have to deal with annoying banks, liens, lenders, etc.?
Once I get a serious buyer, I'll send a check to my credit union. Car title will be in-hand at the time of our transaction for an easy and drama free deal!
I'm also happy to FaceTime any prospective buyers to show them the car / start it up.
